Virginia Climate, hereinafter, The Company, agrees to provide you, hereinafter, The Customer, with the necessary labor and maintenance materials to perform the following in coverage on the number of systems selected:
Virginia Climate, hereinafter, The Company, agrees to provide you, hereinafter, The Customer, with the necessary labor and maintenance materials to perform the following in coverage on the number of systems selected:

1) Check cooling/heating system for proper operation
2) Change/clean customer-provided air filter (s) as needed
3) Inspect for dirty coils
4) Tighten electrical connections at equipment
5) Check and inspect start and contacts
6) Test equipment control systems
7) Check thermostat calibration
8) Blow-out drain line
9) Check operation of motors and compressor(s)
10) Check refrigerant charge

Discount: Virginia Climate will discount 10% of repair price. There are no additional charges for after-hours visits.

Preferential Service: Virginia Climate will provide emergency service to you before non-agreement customers.

Hours of Service: The service covered and performed under this agreement will be scheduled during Virginia Climate’s regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

Parts: The Agreement does not include any parts or materials, except maintenance materials, necessary to perform the required maintenance.

Repairs: Any repairs required beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and will be charged on a flat rate basis according to Virginia Climate’s time and material basis. Virginia Climate will not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement.
